GENERALI 5K - the new highlight at the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON

The GENERALI 5K at BMW BERLIN-MARATHON is a perfect opportunity to get a taste of the marathon and experience how exhilarating it is to run through the Brandenburg Gate to the finish line. In keeping with the motto "united we run", participants from all over the world come together, from best-time runners to newcomers and occasional joggers. In the middle of the capital, on the final 5 kilometres of the original marathon course - following the example of the other Abbott World Marathon Majors, including the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON. There will not be a breakfast run in 2024 as in previous years.
The course of the GENERALI 5K is not only flat and fast, but also full of sights. The start is at 10:00 am at Potsdamer Platz. From there the course leads across Leipziger Platz through Berlin's historic centre, passing the Gendarmenmarkt and along the magnificent „Unter den Linden“ boulevard. There will be no stopping there at the latest, when it goes through the Brandenburg Gate onto the home stretch.

If you would like to take part in the GENERALI 5K, it is best to register now. The number of participants is limited. Participation is possible from the age of 12 (born in 2014). The participation fee of 34.50 euros includes a bib number, timekeeping and a medal.
